Ordfall opens private briefings for organizations

Ordfall now accepts briefings from organizations. A briefing is a description of your context: what system exists, what it holds up, what worries the person accountable for it, and on what timescale that matters.

The channel is private and direct. What is sent goes to the institutional contact address and is not published, indexed, resold, or used for any purpose beyond answering what was described.

What this channel is not

It is not a lead-capture form. Sending a briefing subscribes nobody to anything, starts no email sequence, and generates no repeated contact. There is no list: Ordfall runs no email subscription at all. Anyone who wants to follow the publications uses the newsroom feed, which asks for no address.

An address handed over to describe a problem is not permission to write about anything else.

Nor is there a promised response time. A company that does not yet operate with a disclosed team has no way to commit to one without inventing it, and an invented commitment is the first thing a client discovers to be false.

What the channel does with what it receives

Transmission happens through the site itself, without sending the destination address to the browser, and nothing is confirmed as received before delivery has actually happened. A success screen shown over a failed submission is worse than a declared failure: it loses the message and convinces the writer that it arrived.

Whoever writes receives a confirmation at their own address, carrying the privacy notice and no tracking pixel. What Ordfall knows about the sender is exactly what the sender chose to write.

When it makes sense to write

When there is a system in operation whose failure would have material consequences, and the organization wants to discuss its shape before contracting anything. The pieces published in the newsroom are the best sample of how that conversation usually begins.
