SIGNAL

Executive diagnosis · Detects · Sweep

Finds the risks and obstacles that actually matter.

The signal exists before the impact.

A focused assessment that identifies material exposure, obstacles to growth and the highest-value actions.

Six events. Scroll to advance the reading; the field changes with each one.

  1. E.01

    Noise

Alerts, accepted exceptions, supplier findings and telemetry all arrive together, carrying the same weight. None of it is information yet.

A uniform field. No structure above the floor.

  2. E.02

    Deviation

One reading leaves the band. On its own it proves nothing — but it is now observed rather than discarded.

One trace breaks the noise floor.

  3. E.03

    Correlation

The same deviation appears on another channel, offset in time. Two occurrences stop being a coincidence.

Three lanes aligned on the same occurrence.

  4. E.04

    Qualification

Whatever has no critical asset or dependency behind it is attenuated. What holds the operation up remains.

The noise retreats. The cluster stays.

  5. E.05

    Priority

What is left is ordered by business impact and remediation effort, not by technical severity.

The occurrences become an ordered ladder.

  6. E.06

    Decision

The reading becomes an action with an owner, a date and a closing criterion — the form in which it enters the 90-day plan.

A single mark on the axis. Everything else has left the field.

Protocol

Two columns, read together: the condition that triggers the reading, and what the reading does with it.

When to use

  • A.01Before investment, acquisition or audit
  • A.02When enterprise sales are blocked
  • A.03After rapid cloud or AI adoption
  • A.04When leadership lacks a reliable view of risk

What we do

  • B.01Map critical assets and dependencies
  • B.02Assess identity, cloud, apps, data, suppliers and AI
  • B.03Quantify business impact
  • B.04Prioritise a 30/60/90-day roadmap

Output

What comes out of the sweep — and what it changes in the decision.

What the client receives

  • D.01Executive risk brief
  • D.02Critical asset map
  • D.03Prioritised risk register
  • D.04Architecture observations
  • D.0590-day action plan
  • D.06Board-ready presentation

Expected business outcomes

  • Decision clarity
  • Faster remediation
  • Lower transaction uncertainty
  • A measurable path to continuous protection

End of sweep

SIGNAL opens the programme: it finds exposure while exposure is still a reading. What comes after is continuous operation.
