Privacy notice
This notice describes how this website handles personal data. It covers the institutional site itself and the private briefing form.
Document details
- 01
Data collected
This site collects only the data you voluntarily enter in the private briefing form: name, work email, company, role, organisation type, primary challenge, urgency and the message you send. There is no account, login, restricted area or collection of third-party data.
- 02
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to assess the request and reply to the contact. The legal basis is the consent given when submitting the form, and the legitimate interest in conducting the commercial discussion you requested.
- 03
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no tracking, advertising or profiling cookies, and loads no third-party scripts. If a measurement tool is adopted in future, this notice will be updated before it is activated.
- 04
Sharing
Form data is transmitted to the message-receiving service configured by Ordfall and is not sold, transferred or used for advertising purposes.
- 05
Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to answer the request and to support any commercial relationship arising from it, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
- 06
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent. Requests are handled through the privacy channel listed below.
- 07
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, applies restrictive security headers and exposes no public administrative surface. No measure removes risk entirely, but processing follows least privilege and data minimisation.
